Terms of Service for our Custom Meta® Ad Builds

By purchasing a Custom Meta® Ad Build from Rocket Digital Media, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Overview


Rocket Digital Media provides custom advertising campaign builds using Meta® (Facebook and Instagram) Ads Manager. This includes ad copy, creative assets, campaign setup, targeting, and optional integration (such as CRM or Zapier). All ad campaigns are built and managed within your own Meta® Ads account.



2. Payment & Delivery


Payment is due in full before any work begins. Once payment is received, we will request the necessary ad account access, and you will receive an onboarding questionnaire. Campaigns are typically delivered and launched within 48–72 business hours after receiving and confirming all required information and gaining access. Except as outlined in our 30-Day lead guarantee, all sales are final.



3. 30-Day Lead Guarantee


We offer a 30-Day Lead Guarantee. If your campaign fails to generate at least one valid lead within the first 30 calendar days of going live, and you meet the qualifications below, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.


To qualify for the 30-Day Guarantee, you must:

  • For bronze, silver, and gold spend at least $750 USD on Meta® ad spend within the 30-day period.
  • For platinum and diamond spend at least $1000 USD on Meta® ad spend within the 30-day period.
  • Not pause, modify, or interfere with the campaign in any way that alters our setup.
  • Complete our onboarding form/call accurately and in full.
  • Grant full access to your Facebook Page and Meta Ad Account as instructed.
  • Allow Rocket Digital Media to build and launch the campaign as scoped.


Leads must be verified as non-existent — i.e., no form submissions, messages, or trackable conversions via our setup. If all criteria are met and no valid leads are received, a full refund of our service fee will be issued within 7 business days of approval.


To request a refund, email hello@gorocketdigital.com with the subject line “30-Day Guarantee Refund Request.”


 Include the following:

 • Your business name

 • Your Meta® ad account name and ID

 • Your Facebook page name

 • Proof of at least $750 or $1,000 ad spend as outlined above


Requests are typically reviewed and approved within 48–72 business hours. If approved, a full refund of our service fee will be issued within 7 business days.


Note: A lead is defined as a completed form submission, phone call, or message inquiry specifically related to the Client’s services generated from the ads. Our goal is to help you generate quality leads, however, we cannot guarantee any results of said leads.


Rocket Digital Media LLC represents that in good faith, and in compliance with standard industry best practices, it shall make every effort to ensure that the clients digital marketing is successful as a result of our work.



4. Refund & Return Policy


Except as outlined in our 30-Day Lead Guarantee, all sales are final. Due to the custom and non-refundable nature of our digital services, Rocket Digital Media does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds beyond the terms of the guarantee. Campaign performance may vary based on your market, budget, offer, and service area. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, sales, or ROI.



5. Ongoing Support & Revisions


Custom Builds are one-time setups unless otherwise agreed upon. We do not provide ongoing ad management unless included in a separate consulting package. We are building the campaign in your ads manager and handing off to you to run. Unless otherwise agreed upon, you are solely responsible to setup lead notifications. Any changes or updates after the campaign is delivered may be billed separately.



6. Limitation of Liability


Rocket Digital Media is not liable for platform outages, account bans, rejected ads, or performance issues related to Meta’s algorithm, ad policies, or third-party service disruptions. In no event, will Rocket Digital Media LLC be liable to the Client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate these digital marketing services. You are solely responsible for your ad spend and for complying with Facebook/Meta’s Terms of Service.



7. Authorization


Client agrees to give Rocket Digital Media LLC access to all tools, software, websites, social media, landing pages, ad accounts, etc. that they will need to access. Rocket Digital Media LLC is only requesting partner access and will not require ownership of your accounts. Only authorized representatives of Rocket Digital Media LLC will have access, and solely on an as-needed basis.

8. Copyrights and Trademarks 


The Client represents (informs) to Rocket Digital Media LLC and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, videos, photos, content, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Rocket Digital Media LLC for inclusion in web pages, social media, digital marketing etc. are owned by the Client, or that the Client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements. Client agrees to hold harmless, protect, and defend Rocket Digital Media LLC from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the Client.



9. Indemnity


Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rocket Digital Media LLC of and from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including attorneys’ fees and costs, to the extent caused by or arising out of or relating to the work of Rocket Digital Media LLC.



10. Governing Law


This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without regard to such state's principles of conflicts of law. The legal jurisdiction for this agreement shall reside in Broward County, Florida, and all legal proceedings shall take place in Broward County, Florida.



11. Acceptance of Terms
